Teen stabbed to death at Melbourne train station

Detectives are investigating the stabbing death of a teenager at a busy Melbourne train station on Thursday afternoon.
Police were called to Station Place in Sunshine, in Melbourne’s west, about 3.45pm.
A 16-year-old Melton South male was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
The Herald Sun spoke to relative of the victim who said she saw her cousin being stabbed.
The woman was on a different bus when she witnessed Pasawm Lyhym being attacked with a knife.
“I screamed and said that’s him, that’s him,” she told the Herald Sun.
“I tried to run and get help. I didn’t want to look. It was all so fast.”
A 16-year-old Sunshine North male was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Investigators are yet to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the incident and the investigation is ongoing.
