K-Fed spills the beans on his tumultuous marriage to Britney

He was the back-up dancer who snagged America’s sweetheart. K-Fed and Britney became the noughties’ naughtiest couple, but soon the honeymoon was over.
Now, Kevin Federline has written a book about his tumultuous two-year marriage to Britney Spears and the two decades that followed.
Federline’s book reads like it was bad from the beginning, alleging Spears drank while pregnant and was high while breastfeeding.
He says he never wanted to take their children away from her but eventually he did take sole custody, alleging Spears physically abused both him and the boys, even punching one of her sons in the face.
Scarier still, Federline claims his kids told him they once woke to their mum loitering in their room with a knife as they slept.
After their divorce, he watched from afar as the mother of his children was placed under a court-ordered conservatorship, making her father her legal guardian.
K-Fed thinks the controversial move saved the pop star’s life and that the conservatorship “helped more than it hurt”, adding he’s more worried about Spears’ mental state now than ever before.
