Blake Lively pregnant with first child
Actress Blake Lively has announced that she is pregnant with her first child with husband Ryan Reynolds.
In a blog post on her website, Preserve, titled ‘Falling for Family’, the 27-year-old actress writes about “that special moment; at the creation of family”.
At the conclusion of the post, Lively shares a photo of herself cradling her small baby bump.
The actress also shared some snaps of a baby shower-themed party with friends.
Lively – best known for her role as Serena van der Woodsen on hit series Gossip Girl – and Reynolds have been married since 2012 after meeting on the set of their film, The Green Lantern.
Lively has previously spoken about wanting children, telling Marie Claire magazine earlier this year, “If I could spit out a litter of kids, I would”.
